• Pump Casing: Made from Cast Iron grade FG 260 as per IS 210 / ISO 186 standards, featuring axial suction and radial discharge ports.
• Impeller and Diffuser Casings: Fabricated closed-type impellers and bowl diffuser casings constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet metal.
• Shaft Sealing: Mechanical shaft seal made from Carbon/Ceramic/NBR/AISI 304, suitable for 10-bar pressure and water temperatures ranging from 0 to +90u00b0C.
• Motor Specifications: Close-coupled with a 2900 rpm totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) induction motor, featuring F class insulation, S1 duty, and IP55 protection. Available in 1-phase (230V, 50 Hz) and 3-phase (380u2013415V, 50 Hz) options.
• Corrosion Resistance: All cast iron parts are CED coated with a uniform deposition thickness of 20-30 microns for enhanced corrosion resistance.
