Features
Pump Casing: Made of Cast Iron grade FG 260 as per IS 210 / ISO 186 standards, featuring radial suction and discharge ports. It includes a bronze casing wear ring, a closed-type dynamically balanced impeller, and a steel shaft for enhanced durability.
Shaft Sealing: The pump shaft is sealed using either gland packing or a mechanical shaft seal, capable of withstanding 16 bar pressure and water temperatures from 0 to +90u00b0C, ensuring optimal performance in various conditions.
Motor Design: The pump is long coupled with a totally enclosed fan-cooled induction motor, equipped with F class insulation and designed for S1 duty. It also offers IP55 protection, making it suitable for 3-phase, 415 volts, and 50 or 60 Hz power supply.
Split Case Construction: This design enables easy removal and servicing of internal parts such as ball bearings, wear rings, shaft seals, and the impeller without disturbing the motor or pipework, reducing maintenance time.
Corrosion Resistance: All cast iron components are CED (cathode electrode deposition) coated, providing uniform corrosion resistance with a controlled deposition thickness of 20-30 microns.
